THE STRUCTURE AND THE BUILDING

Each floor of the Dynamic Tower is designed to rotate indepenently, changing the shape of the tower. Each floor should be able to rotate a maximum of 6 metres per minute or 360º in 90 minutes.
It's supposed to be 420 metres high with 80 floors and it should be made of glass, steel, concrete, reinforced and fabric.

It was proposed as the world's first prefrabicated skyscraper with 40 factory-built modules for each floor. It is said that 90% of the tower may be built in a factory and shipped to the construction site. This would make the skyscraper to be built quicker, althought its core, which it's supposed to support all the structure, must be built at the construction site (made of concrete). Fisher believes that the prefabricated portions would decrease the cost, the number of workers and the time invested. The workers would be in factories, working safer than in the construction site.
