In 2008, the original schedule was with pre-fabrication and David Fisher said that the skyscraper would be finished in 2010. Later, in 2009, he postponed it one year more. He didn't want to tell where the tower would be buit because he wanted to keep it a surprise, he has never built a skyscraper before and he hasn't practised architecture in decades. It is said now that the construction started in 2009, at the end of March 2011 only foundations were built and declared on hold and is supposed to be finished in 2020.
