INTRODUCTION

The "Dynamic Tower" (also known as Dynamic Architecture or The Da Vinci Tower) is a proposed 420-metre, 80-floor moving skyscraper, designed by architect David Fisher with a futural architectural style.
It's being buit in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and it's still on hold. It will be used as a hotel, offices, parking garage and residences. It is supposed to cost 330 milion of United States Dollars.
